iQoo India League 2024 BGMI Lan event is officially cancelled after 1st match of day 2. Top 16 qualified teams already leaves the venue after this announcement. This event was scheduled from 22nd February to 24’th February 2023.
The main reason behind this cancellation was lot of unwanted technical issues. Yesterday the first day of this event was already cancelled due to vey poor mobile internet connection. And today on the second day of this event it is fully cancelled because of sound problems, of multiple players of multiple teams playing the event.
The organisers and management tried their best to organise the tournament. But players were not happy with these technical issues arises with them in the first match. In the first match team “Godlike eSports” got the chicken dinner. “Team Hydra Official” secured second position followed by “Team OR eSports” 3rd position respectively.

IQOO India League 2024 Lan was organised on Noida Indoor Stadium from 22nd February 2024. The prize pool was INR 40 Lakhs along with prize money for individual performances. In which there were 16 online qualified Battlegrounds Mobile India eSports teams. The final of this lan event was planned to be play with IQOO’s newly launced gaming mobile phone IQOO NEO 9 PRO.

With this event cancellation news many eSports player got emotional. Sensi (Player of RNT eSports) showed up his emotions on YouTube live stream. And this was the first time in India, an eSports event got cancelled due to technical issues. This type of things are actually not good for Indian eSports growth. We hope in future tournament organisers will take appropriate actions to check such issues. So that growth of eSports in India not get hampered.
